Rules come from the Chotto Event deck (slides 7–10): one speaker, one mic. Up to four mics per listening laptop. A remote call gets its own laptop, never routed through the room speakers. The screen laptop can sit wherever the HDMI input is. Every device needs internet. Prices are the list prices on slide 7, tax excluded. Kit rental, multi-room and multi-day events beyond three days are quoted separately.
